av98m SG I've never had much respect for property agents. and after the tactics I've seen they try during the last attempt at a CSA, I now have nothing but contempt for the whole lot. one even called and told my mother it was compulsory to sign the CSA!!

But I blame the sales committees the most, usually made up of serial speculators. I'm hoping lots of them go bankrupt when the market collapses
